I've decided that March is going to be considered the pre-season and to keep TRY low key. For the next two weeks, the TRY run will be moderate paced distance. In April the speed work can start for those who are ready.
In my first attempt to make the blog more useful, I added a calendar application to the blog (hopefully it is visible above)? Please let me know what races/events you plan to do and I will add them to the calendar so it can be a resource to you and all TRY members as to what races are when.
So far I have:
Mountain Goat Training Runs
Mountain Goat Race
Making Tracks For Celiacs Walk/Run
Relay For Life
Chase Corporate Challenge
Boilermaker

I plan on doing the Fort-to-Fort run in Rome this Saturday (April 3rd). Please acknowledge my attempt by adding this race to the TRY calendar. There is a 5K and a 10K if anyone is interested in running! If you aren't interested in running but are interested in cheering me on at the finish with a basket of cadbury mini eggs that would be good too. I believe you can sign up the day of the race and I think it starts at 9:00am. I'm doing the 10k so that gives you until approximately 9:47-9:50 to get there with the eggs.
Thanks, Ally
P.S. I prefer the milk chocolate ones.
