I Suck

Sorry to do this to you guys again, but I'm not going to be able to make it tonight either....good thing you picked me to help out Terry! I do apologize for being MIA, and I should be there next week. So, for those of you who are going to TRY tonight, I suggest keeping the rotation going, which means 1/4 mile intervals tonight:
  • 1 mi warmup
  • 5 - 1/4 mile intervals (1/4 mi on, 1/4 recovery, repeat for a total of 5 cycles)
  • 1/2 mi cooldown

This ends up being 4 mi total. I hope the weather holds off for you guys, and I'll see you next week.
